Welcome to COTW Save Analyzer ("CSA", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services (collectively, the "Service") available at our website.

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

COTW Save Analyzer provides an independent desktop companion for analyzing supported theHunter: Call of the Wild save data. The Service includes:

  • Local analysis of supported save and population data
  • Population, rare-animal, map, trophy, and career analysis features
  • Software-license purchase and delivery information
  • Documentation and customer-support resources

3. User Accounts

Access to certain features of our Service requires you to create an account. When registering an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and safeguard your password and account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information to maintain accuracy
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or remove content at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Transmitting, uploading, or distributing viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Engaging in activities that disrupt, interfere with, or damage the Service
  • Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the Service or related systems
  • Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or stalking
  • Using the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers connected to the Service

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by COTW Save Analyzer and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content, you grant COTW Save Analyzer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

6. Software License and Payment Terms

By purchasing the Field Edition, you accept the following personal software-license and payment terms:

  • The license is a non-transferable perpetual personal license that remains valid for the purchased 1.x major version
  • The license may be active on one personal computer at a time; you may deactivate the old device yourself and reactivate it on a replacement
  • The license unlocks every 1.x feature and includes all 1.x feature and game-compatibility updates that we release
  • A future 2.0 may be offered as an optional paid upgrade; declining it does not affect continued use of your purchased 1.x license
  • The software must validate an active license online once per day and can run offline between successful checks
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors and are subject to their terms and conditions
  • Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or provided by our Refund Policy
  • Displayed prices exclude any applicable taxes, duties, currency-conversion fees, or international-transaction fees

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COTW Save Analyzer, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless COTW Save Analyzer, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination or suspension, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Effective Date" above. Material changes will be effective 30 days after notice.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in USA, and you hereby consent to and waive any objection to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
